I AM GRAHAM RAHAL
Second-generation racer Graham Rahal is proof the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
Rahal, the son of 1986 Indianapolis 500 winner and current IndyCar Series team co-owner Bobby Rahal, grew up watching his father race Indy cars and set his sights on beating his father's accomplishments.
A successful go-kart racer, Rahal, has quickly climbed the racing ladder, reaching the IndyCar Series just five years after his first race in a car, while stamping his name in the record books at every stop along the way.
At the same time, he also was successful in the classroom, graduating from New Albany (Ohio) High School in June 2007 with a 3.8 GPA despite missing numerous days of school due to racing.
He enjoys cars, hanging out with friends, playing sports for fun.
